In Quebec, if you are 21 years old or younger and have a driver’s license, come Sunday, April 15, you will no longer be able to drink even a sip of alcohol and get behind the wheel of a car. The Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec is putting into effect its zero alcohol rule: “This new measure aims to reduce the risk of accidents related to drinking and driving among young drivers, without restricting their mobility.” According to the SAAQ, 47 per cent of drivers aged 20 to 21 who died...
