I am a Toronto-based journalist with experience creating and researching interactive maps, reporting and editing.

My Map of the Week blog, launched at thestar.com in mid-2008, attracted about 1.4 million page-views and just under 1,000 comments. In 2009, the blog was listed as a notable entry for the Knight-Batten Awards for Innovations in Journalism. I filed 53 access-to-information requests during the course of the project.
